Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development and control of the production process in the production process, constantly review its rationality and optimization;
2. Put forward design optimization suggestions for manufacturing process in new product development stage;
3. Deal with the process problems in the production site of the new product NPI stage and mass production stage, and output the improvement report;
4. Design, application and follow-up of production and testing fixtures, as well as preparation of work instructions to ensure standardized operation of production operations;
5. Responsible for supervising, checking and correcting the on-site process discipline to ensure the effectiveness of process execution;
6. Formulate the rework plan caused by poor quality and provide on-site guidance.
7. Be responsible for the incoming materials, process, final inspection and supplier supervision and management of valve outsourcing and outsourcing parts;
8. Determine the quality control points of the valve product production process and the control measures of the quality control points;
9. Responsible for valve production quality management and improvement, participate in the development of quality inspection standards for each process;
10. Assist in handling all internal and external valve product quality complaints, find root causes and develop corrective and preventive measures to ensure product quality to meet customer requirements.
Job Requirements
1. Mechanical or electromechanical college degree or above;
2. Industrial valves, transmission equipment enterprise process or quality more than 3 years working experience;
3. Familiar with the whole inspection process and quality control process of valve and transmission device manufacturing;
4, familiar with casting, casting standards and the process specifications, technical quality requirements.
