GB55009-2021 to Article 5.3.3 of the "Gas Engineering Project Specification", the user's gas pipelines and accessories shall be reasonably arranged in combination with the structure of the building, and shall be set up in a location convenient for installation and maintenance, and shall not be set up in bedrooms, guest rooms and other rooms where people live and rest.
GB55009-2021 to Article 6.1.7 of the "Gas Engineering Project Specification", when the domestic user pipeline or LPG cylinder regulator is connected with the gas appliance with a hose, a special gas appliance connection hose should be used. The service life of the hose shall not be less than the waste life of the gas appliance.
Specification interpretation: gas stove and gas water heater waste life is 8 years! It is stipulated in the specification that the service life of the hose should not be less than the waste life of the gas appliance, so the service life of the hose must be 8 years or more.
At present, a small number of families are still using ordinary rubber tube, ordinary rubber tube service life is only 18 months, and stainless steel bellows service life of up to 8-10 years, and corrosion resistance, resistance to rat bite, high safety performance, so since 2022, household ordinary rubber tube must be replaced with stainless steel bellows!
Urban Gas Management Regulations
Article 27 Gas users shall abide by the rules for safe use of gas, use qualified gas burning appliances and gas cylinders, timely replace the gas burning appliances and connecting pipes that have been eliminated by the state or have expired, and pay the gas fee in accordance with the agreed period.
Article 31 The production unit of gas-burning appliances shall clearly mark the type of gas to which it is adapted on the gas-burning appliances.
Article 49 in violation of the provisions of these regulations, gas users and relevant units and individuals who commit one of the following acts shall be ordered by the gas management department to make corrections within a time limit; if they fail to make corrections within the time limit, the unit may be fined not more than 100000 yuan, and the individual may be fined not more than 1000 yuan; if losses are caused, they shall be liable for compensation according to law; if a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law: (III) the installation and use of gas burning appliances that do not meet the requirements of the gas source.
According to Article 1 of the notice of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of relevant cities on further strengthening gas entry security inspection and publicity work: when carrying out household security inspection work, gas users should be guided to abide by safe gas use rules, use qualified gas burning appliances and gas cylinders, and timely replace gas burning appliances and connecting pipes that have been eliminated by the state or whose service life has expired, Focus on the inspection of the installation of combustible gas alarm devices in catering and other industries.
For users with large or major safety hazards during the inspection and catering industries that have not installed combustible gas alarm devices, enterprises should immediately stop gas supply to avoid gas safety accidents, and resume gas supply after the rectification of hidden dangers is completed.
